The Hudson and Gaars Mill annual meeting was held on Tuesday, January 14, 2024. The new board of director members Wendy Ingles, James E. Thornton, Sr., and Brian Elloitt join existing board director members John North and Delton Carpenter. The board elected officers and they are as follows:
